There was my invoice, which comprised in erroneous fees. Only after half an hour on the telephone did I determine which I did not owe Verizon almost the equivalent of a month’s lease and there was an error. Next was the pixelation on my display, as Law & Order: SVU converted into into a fuzzy variety. Another phone, and much more than 30 minutes later, I was advised that when the issue is situated in the point, maybe not my DVR, I Had be on the hook to get a technology whose a lawyer rouge would be made by hourly price. Through all of the annoyances, the client support section — once I finally get a person on the telephone after up of 15 minutes on-hold of Verizon — is a certain improvement over Comcast’s. The next period, supported me to make him know if my problem persisted and the operator gave his personal e-mail to me. If he found any more beneficial info still another offered to phone me right back. All were apologetic, not unfriendly and intelligible.
Over all, I’ve had a reasonably good experience with FiOS. Unsure if I’d be quite as satisfied with FiOS if I hadn’t switched from the devil that is Comcast, but in comparison, I much prefer FiOS. One thing that worries me is since they include a ton of channels, but maybe not that they’ve levels of support and kind of screw you to the most basic bundle. Anyone using a man in the house needs ESPN! But I really have not had any technical problems, or failures actually in bad weather. In my year of getting FiOS, as opposed to nearly weekly we have simply needed to reset the router once when we’d Comcast. FiOS is the best choice hands-down, in my opinion in choosing between the alternatives in the region.
I was released by this past weekend to unparalleled rates of cable-rage. The last in the series of The Category noted as planned, but would not play past the two-minute mark. I taped another exhibiting, which one froze, also. On Sunday night, live tele-vision filled upward; to watch The Walking Dead, I needed to switch from high def to conventional every 10 minutes when one-channel stopped functioning. Subsequent to the starting credits, the sound disappeared, although Fatherland performed through.
